Health Education

 Health Education is taught throughout the school in a variety of curriculum subjects. It covers a wide area of topics.

 The Governors have adopted the London Borough of Bexley Curriculum Policy Statement on Sex Education.

 The school has a sex education policy, available on request. There is a planned programme which looks at issues of health, personal hygiene and human relationships.  Currently the school nurse helps deliver this programme of work.

 Parents have a right to withdraw their children from any or all parts of this programme, other than those elements required in the National Curriculum.
